MOVE-IN DETAILS

SPRING 2025 MOVE-IN INFORMATION

Check-In Location:

All check-ins will be at the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life in the McMahon Learning Center, located in Cameron Village. Please enter through the front doors.

CHECK-IN TIMES:

January 9th and 10th: New Resident Check-In from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

New residents are required to check in during these times.

January 11th: Returning Resident Check-In

Note: Access to Shepler Towers will not resume until January 11th at 10 a.m. If you arrive before this time, you will not have access to the building.

PARKING:

Parking is available in the lots to the east and north of Cameron Village, as well as in the west and south lots of the Shepler complex.

Check-In Process:

During check-in, you will receive a packet of paperwork and your keys. Please have your Cameron University ID ready for the check-in process. After checking in, complete the paperwork, including your room condition form and any other required forms. Be sure to return your completed check-in paperwork by 4 p.m. on your move-in day.

• Certification of Meningitis Compliance

• Missing Resident Contact

Important Notes:

• Housing reserves the right to change move-in policies at any time.

• If you are unable to check in during the designated times, please contact us at housing@cameron.edu.

• For parking information, reach out to campus public safety at public_safety@cameron.edu.

• A limited number of carts will be available for the move-in process.
