August 16: First-Year Students and New Residents

Please note your check-in time is by student last name:

A-F: check-in between 9-11 a.m.
G-M: check-in between 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
N-Z: check-in between 1-4 p.m.

August 17: Returning Residents

Please note your check-in time is by student last name:

A-F: check-in between 9-11 a.m.
G-M: check-in between 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
N-Z: check-in between 1-4 p.m.

CHECK-IN AND PARKING LOCATIONS

Cameron Village

If you will be living in Cameron Village, please report to the McMahon Learning Center on the west side of the complex. Please enter the McMahon Learning Center using the main west-side doors. The check-in process will be in the McMahon Learning Center’s great room. You may park in the lots to the east and north of Cameron Village.

North Shepler and South Shepler

If you will be living in North Shepler or South Shepler residence towers, please report to the Shepler Center when you arrive on campus. You may park in the lots on the west or south sides of the Shepler complex.

To enter the Shepler Center, which is located between the two towers, please use the main North Shepler and South Shepler entries, or the east-side Shepler Center entry. The check in process will take place in the Shepler Ballroom on the mezzanine level.

A limited number of carts will be available for the move-in process.

Check-in Forms

During the check-in process, you will receive a packet of paperwork and keys. In addition, you will be granted card access to your designated building/room. Please have your Cameron University ID ready for the check-in process. After checking in, you will then go to your room to complete paperwork, including your room condition form and the forms listed below. You must return your check-in paperwork by 4 p.m. on your move-in day.
