Natalie Byrd-Sudnik grew up in Braxton, Mississippi and earned a Bachelor of Business from the University of Southern Mississippi. She began her residence life career working as a Desk Assistant her freshman year at USM and finished it serving as a Communication Officer at the University Police Department. Natalie enjoys building new connections and great memories wherever she goes and ensuring each person has a positive interaction.

Emily Trail grew up in Weatherford, OK, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. She worked as a Resident Assistant for three years at her alma mater, and as a teacher of mathematics and dormitory parent for one year in Tappahannock, VA. Emily has enjoyed being active in residence life communities for the past four years, and is excited to help build a positive and welcoming community for all students on campus.

Christina Willoughby has many years of experience working in higher education including at Hunter College. Christina is a graduate of New York City College of Technology where she earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Hospitality Management.

Ron Ruffin graduated from Cameron University. While a student at Cameron, Ron was on the men's basketball team. Ron has worked in the construction field for 40 years. Ron enjoys hunting, fishing, and training bird dogs.
