Yosilin Del Cid grew up in San Jacinto, CA, & holds an associate’s degree in mathematics from Mt. San Jacinto Community College. She brings experience from her previous role as a clerk at a charter school, where she supported both staff & students. At CU, she hopes to create a welcoming environment for students & provide support in the daily operations of SH&RL. Known for her friendly & organized approach, Yosilin enjoys being part of a team helping students feel at home on campus. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzles, watching Netflix & exploring nature.

Michelle grew up in Bowie, MD (DMV), & holds a degree in Business Administration from CU. While at CU, she served as an Aggie Ambassador & was a student worker in the Academic Advising Center, where she built collaborative relationships, provided timely & accurate information about academic programs, and connected students to valuable campus resources. As she joins the SH&RL team, Michelle looks forward to being an engaged member of the team while supporting students throughout their journeys.

Christina Willoughby has 20+ years of experience in higher education, including roles at Hunter College. She specializes in student support, academic administration, & institutional operations. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Hospitality Management from New York City College of Technology, where she gained expertise in service excellence, leadership, & organizational management. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology, she continues to expand her knowledge of human behavior, mental health, & counseling. Her expertise advances student success.

Samantha Phillips is originally from Lawton, Oklahoma, and holds a B.A. in History with an emphasis in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Upon completing her degree, she went on to specialize in education, teaching English language programs in Spain. Samantha is committed to building inclusive, supportive environments and is excited to contribute to the community at Cameron University.

Isaac Turner, originally from Fort Worth, Texas, is currently attending community college for his associate degree and plans to transfer to Cameron University for his bachelor’s degree. He moved to Lawton to begin a new chapter in life and grow professionally. He enjoys gaming with friends, reading, and building LEGO sets. He is excited to help create a welcoming environment where students feel supported, valued, and heard throughout their on-campus living experience.
