Housing Tour Policy

To ensure the best experience and to avoid overbooking, all housing tours must be scheduled in advance through our official request form below. If your tour is booked through the Office of Admissions, the housing portion is usually included. Otherwise, please schedule separately using the form below.

Due to high tour volume and limited staffing, walk-ins are discouraged and tours without prior scheduling cannot be guaranteed. We require a minimum of 24 business hours' notice for tour requests, with 48 business hours preferred to allow adequate preparation.

Weekend tours are subject to staff availability, so we recommend booking early. To help us coordinate, please submit your tour request by Thursday of the weekend you wish to visit. Once your request is received, our office will send you a confirmation.
