CU Empowering Women in Leadership and STEM is a conference aimed at strengthening the leadership skills of women in southwest Oklahoma.

This year's keynote address will be given by Shelby Morris, a Clifton StrengthsFinder facilitator. Her presentation will explain how to use StrengthsFinder to help individuals discover their social, cognitive, and emotional skills and talents. Shelby Morris will also discuss how participants can leverage this information to identify potential careers and opportunities that align with their strengths. After the presentation, there will be a reception with an opportunity for networking, and a panel featuring Shelby Morris and number of local women leaders.

Online registrants will receive a free access code to the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment via email and are encouraged to take it before the event, so Shelby can help them relate to their own results.

This free program is open to the public but seating is limited to 80 people. Early registrants can join by Zoom. If you are interested in participating, please register online at the link below.
