Lifestyle Camps
Money smart camp
June 10, 11, & 12 · 9:00am-12noon · Students entering grades 2nd-7th · Price: Free
Location: Cynthia Ross Hall, CU Lawton Campus
The objective of this camps is to provide engaging activities that introduce students to concepts such as budgeting for the family, saving, & investing money, and thinking like an entrepreneur. Games and exercises will be used to explain the concepts. Students will be placed in three groups based on school grade.
Cameron Forms MUST be filled out before students can participate.
Pre-Registration is REQUIRED. Please make sure to download and fill out the following forms. (Forms can be submitted to the Department of Business, Ross Hall rm. 225 or emailed to business@cameron.edu)

STEM Camps
ApplieD mathematics and aerospace engineering summer academy
June 1-6 · Residential · Students entering grades 6, 7 or 8 · Price: Free
Location: Cameron University
The academy agenda will include sessions on free fall, gravity, hot air balloons, rockets, physics and flight and more. Activities include the design, creation and testing of simplified rockets, as well as visits to Science Museum Oklahoma and Frontier City. The Applied Mathematics and Aerospace Engineering Summer Academy is funded by the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission, the Trent Patton Endowed Lectureship, the Clarence Page Endowed Chair in Mathematics and Science Education and the Cameron University Foundation.

nanoexplorers Summer science academy
June 15-20 & 22-27 · Residential · Oklahoma resident students entering 9th - 11th grade · Price: Free
Location: Cameron University
Participants will engage in hands-on activities designed to introduce the concept of nanotechnology. Activities will include applications in both chemistry and physics as well as information about career opportunities related to nanotechnology. All project supplies and equipment, instruction by CU faculty, meals, housing and transportation to scheduled activities will be provided. NanoExplorers is funded through a grant from the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

Cameron University K.I.D.S Camp 2025
June 16-18 · 8:30am-12:30pm · Students who have completed 1st-8th grades · Price: $60 ($65 after June 5)
Location: FISTA at Central Plaza
A 3-day inclusive, integrated curriculum camp which emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, innovation, inventing, designing, and problem-solving to learn important science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (S.T.E.A.M.) concepts.
