Cameron University has announced the President’s and Dean’s honor lists for the Spring 2023 semester. To make the President’s Honor Roll, undergraduate students must be enrolled full-time (carrying at least 12 hours of classes) and maintain a straight A average (4.0). The Dean’s Honor Roll requires a B average (3.00-3.99).
Dr. Abbas Johari, a professor in the Department of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, has earned certification as a Master Reviewer from Quality Matters, a global organization leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments.
The Cameron University art program will host two summer camps for children, with multiple sessions available. Creative Expressions: Art in the Afternoon 2023 is geared toward children ranging from age 6 to 12, and the Fine Arts Summer Art Institute is for children age 13 to 18. A unique partnership between two Lawton entities has been recognized by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education with its Regents Business Partnership Excellence Award.
