Employers invited to register for Red River Career Expo


Employers interested in recruiting employees, interns and volunteers are invited to participate in Cameron University’s Red River Career Expo. The annual career fair is scheduled for Thursday, March 5, from 3-6 p.m. in the Aggie Rec Center on CU’s Lawton campus. Employers from all career fields are encouraged to register.


CU announces Fall 2025 president’s, dean’s lists


Cameron University has announced the President’s and Dean’s honor lists for the Fall 2025 semester.
To make either honor list, students must be enrolled fill time. President’s List honorees must have maintained a straight-A (4.0 grade point) average for the semester. The Dean’s List requires a 3.00-3.99 grade point average.


CU music program plans scholarship auditions


Cameron University’s music program invites high school seniors, current CU students and transfer students to audition for music scholarships. Auditions will take place on Saturday, Feb. 28, in the Music Building, located on the east side of campus. Auditions are open to non-music majors as well as music majors.


CU alums return to campus for symposium on energy and the environment Feb. 13


Two Cameron University alumni whose degrees have taken them into the fields of energy and environmental operations will return to their alma mater Feb. 13. Dr. Michael Landoll and Jeff Dorrell will share their views on “green chemistry,” the design of chemical processes and products that minimize the impact of hazardous substances on the environment.
