This student will work directly with the Administrative Assistant and office staff to perform a variety of tasks. Duties will include running errands, photocopying, answering the phone, taking messages, and other duties as assigned in order to meet the needs of the department.
The position will offer 10 - 20 hours per week. Hours will be flexible according to your class schedule and will depend on the needs of both department offices.

The assistant’s schedule will be set during Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM, depending on departmental needs. The successful candidate will be able to communicate in a clear, positive, and professional manner with the public, university administrators, faculty, and students. Other necessary skills are operating a computer, performing data entry, copying/faxing/scanning and preparing/proofreading a variety of documents. Duties also include performing textbook/calculator checkout; maintaining accurate time sheets; attending meetings and/or training sessions deemed necessary by the Administrative Assistant and/or Director; and performing other duties as assigned.

Student Distance Learning Facilitator
The Duncan Campus is currently looking for a qualified individual to serve as Student Distance Learning Facilitator for up to 20 hours per week. The Student Distance Learning Facilitator will work directly with the Distance Learning Coordinator and office staff to perform a variety of tasks to ensure an optimum learning environment for all students and faculty in the Distance Learning Classrooms.
Duties include, but are not limited to, handling technical issues and supporting students and faculty/staff in the distance learning classes as well as in the computer lab. Students must be punctual, dependable and motivated to assure that all technical issues are addressed in a timely manner.

The Cameron Tutoring Center is seeking new tutors. Hours are flexible and depend on your class schedule. Tutor may work up to 20 hours per week. Duties include working closely with students to provide both face-to-face and virtual assistance with various aspects of the writing process, keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, maintaining files, answering the telephone, responding to emails, and scheduling.
