Graphic Design Request

The Office of Public Affairs provides design services for all academic and administrative departments at Cameron University. Project requests must be approved by the chair or department head prior to submission. Please submit your request, using the form below, at least 10 working days in advance of the date the item is to go into production. Following final approval of design items, Public Affairs will provide files to CU Printing Services. The department requesting the project is responsible for submitting the print request.

NOTE: This form only applies to graphic design projects. Requests for a photographer, press releases, items on AggieAccess and the campus calendar of events must be placed separately.
