ProfessorDr. Joanni Sailor, PhD, LMFT is a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, Oklahoma State approved supervisor, AAMFT Clinical Fellow, and AAMFT approved supervisor. Dr. Sailor is the past chair of the Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Licensure and currently serves as a member of the Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health Licensure. Dr. Sailor is also the President-Elect of the Association of Marital and Family Therapy Regulatory Boards. Dr. Sailor has experience in inpatient, outpatient and private practice.

Paul James
InstructorPaul James, M.S., LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has completed training as Oklahoma State LPC supervisor. Mr. James is an active member of the Oklahoma Counseling Association and is currently serving as the President-Elect of the Oklahoma Christian Counseling Association. Mr. James has experience in inpatient, outpatient, and private practice as well as experience working in domestic violence shelters and with military families.

Lisa M. Schoelen
Temporary InstructorLisa M. Schoelen, M.S., LPC-S is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Oklahoma Board of Behavioral Health approved supervisor. Ms. Schoelen enjoys mentoring new clinicians as well as working with individuals from adolescent and young adult to across the lifespan. Ms. Schoelen is a member of Oklahoma Counseling Association and certified as a TEAM-CBT therapist, Level 1. Ms. Schoelen has experience serving as a Regional Director for an outpatient behavioral health agency and in private practice.
