CU Be A Therapist

The Cameron University School of Graduate and Professional Studies and Department of Psychology will partner together to host “CU Be A Therapist” event. Community members interested in learning about becoming a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist or a Licensed Professional Counselor are invited to join us!

Those who have always wanted a career in helping people can attend “CU Be A Therapist”. “CU Be A Therapist” will feature a presentation from the Chair of Cameron University’s Psychology Department, Dr. Shaun Calix, Associate Psychology Professor and Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, Dr. Joanni Sailor, and alumni from the university’s Psychology Graduate Programs. Attendees will learn how they can become a therapist and ask specific questions about the Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy programs offered at Cameron University.
