Works by CU art students to be featured at Chisholm Trail Arts Council art gallery

Works by Cameron University art students will be featured in an exhibition at the Chisholm Trail Arts Council Art Gallery in Duncan. The show will open with a reception on Friday, April 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and will be on display through May 26. The CTAC art gallery is located at 810 W. Walnut.

Fifteen CU students will have 32 works created in a variety of media, including oil, watercolor, gouache, charcoal, pastel, pen and ink, and mixed media.

Students with artwork in the exhibition are Michele Pierce, Chattanooga; Krystal Solis, Comanche; Alyssa Cox and Mikael Monsanto, Duncan; Brendan Fletcher, Electra, Texas; Jada Lawson, Elgin; Haley Wann, Fort Cobb; and Emilee Basham, Andres Cortez, Diane Denham, Kanney Do, Jaden Pebeahsy, Camila Ramos, Kourtney Rice, and Sara Scott, all of Lawton.

The exhibition will also feature artwork by students from the University of Sciences and Arts of Oklahoma.
