Virtual CU in Sports and Exercise Science session will explore degree program, career opportunities




Individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in coaching, fitness, health education, recreation and other related fields are invited to attend “CU in Sports and Exercise Science,” on Monday, April 4. The virtual information session starts at 5:30 p.m. and will provide information on CU’s Bachelor of Science degree program in sports and exercise science.

The workshop will cover admissions standards, traditional and online degree options, curriculum for earning this undergraduate degree including different discipline tracks (i.e. personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, teacher/coach, physical/occupational therapy assistant, health and wellness promotion), job opportunities and different platforms leading to professional degree programs and accredited certifications.
