The fall semester at Cameron University is rapidly approaching – but it’s not too late to apply for admission or enroll in classes.
For new, continuing or returning students who haven’t started their paperwork, Cameron has scheduled “Enrollment Saturday,” a walk-in clinic that provides a quick and hassle-free way of completing the process in one visit.
This year’s clinic is scheduled for 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15. The event takes place on CU’s main campus in North Shepler Tower, located on Elsie Hamm Drive just east of 38th Street in Lawton. Ample parking is available.
Students can find assistance in the areas of admissions, financial aid, veterans’ educational benefits and academic advising. No appointment is needed.
The university’s Student Accounts Office and the CU Bookstore will also be open to serve students visiting campus that day.
“At Cameron University, we are committed to serving students wherever they are in their educational journey,” said Dr, Joy Hamm, Cameron’s Vice President for Enrollment Management. “Enrollment Saturday reflects that commitment by bringing together the resources students need in one place, making it easier for them to enroll, prepare for classes and begin the fall semester successfully.”
Fall classes begin Monday, Aug. 17. For more information about degrees and majors, go to https://www.cameron.edu/academics/degrees-majors, call 580-581-2289 or send an email to admissions@cameron.edu.
