Cameron University Foundation sets goal of $6,000 and 100 donors on Giving Tuesday

On Giving Tuesday, the global day of giving, the Cameron University Foundation has set a goal of reaching $6,000 in gifts from at least 100 donors. Giving Tuesday, which rallies people around the world to tap into the power of human connection and strengthen communities, takes place on Tuesday, November 30. All gifts received that day will be earmarked for the Aggie Fund, which provides students with scholarships, provides faculty support and helps to enhance campus facilities to provide better learning opportunities.

Gifts can be made online at https://www.cameron.edu/foundation/aggie-fund, which will direct donors to a secure, online credit card form. Gifts can also be mailed to Cameron University Foundation, Office of University Advancement, 2800 W. Gore Blvd., Administration 245, Lawton, OK 73505.

“The Aggie Fund provides institutional momentum for Cameron University,” says Tiffany Smith, Director of Development. “As a key component of our commitment to student success, the Aggie Fund allows us to help students overcome unforeseen financial hardships so they can focus their energy on pursuing their dreams and completing a college degree. Your participation in the Aggie Fund demonstrates your belief in Cameron University’s students, faculty, and mission, and we are deeply appreciative of your support.”
