Cameron University-Duncan ushers in seasonal festivities with tree lighting

Cameron University invites residents of Duncan and the surrounding area to attend the CU-Duncan tree lighting at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, December 2. The event takes place at CU-Duncan, 3100 W. Bois D’Arc Ave. and is open to the public at no charge. Attendees will receive a free commemorative Cameron tree ornament, while supplies last.

“December 2 will be a great night to be a Cameron Aggie!” says President Shane Hunt. “I invite residents throughout the area to bring the family for a fun and festive experience. Please join me and the CU-Duncan faculty and staff to kick off the holiday season.”

Those attending can create holiday-themed cookies and trinkets at craft stations, build some yummy s’mores and enjoy a ride on the mini-train! Holiday beverages will also be served.

Performances by the Gold Notes, CU’s vocal jazz ensemble, and the Central High School band will fill the air with holiday ambiance.

Parking is available adjacent to the building.
