HISTORY CLUB

The History Club's objective is to foster a lively pursuit of our past and have fun doing it.

The club's goals are:

  • To promote intellectual improvement among students.
  • To provide social opportunities for students and faculty interested in the study of the past.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the History Club is open to any Cameron University student or faculty member with an interest in history. To apply for membership, simply contact the club faculty advisor, Dr. Lance Janda via e-mail by clicking one of the links in this sentence or by telephone at 580.581.2499, or sign up in the Department of Social Sciences main office, Conwill Hall, Room 100.

PHI ALPHA THETA

The Alpha Alpha Kappa Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta (the history honor society) operates as a committee of the History Club of Cameron University. Cameron's chapter is open to any student who qualifies for membership in this National Honor Society.
