We offer a wide variety of opportunities for you to engage with our students. We know due to varying business sizes and opportunities, each partner may have different things to offer, so we're providing you some options. You can:

  • Host an Internship - provides students with quality avenues for career exploration and valuable work experience opportunities. An internship experience provides them with first-hand knowledge of what employers expect regarding skill levels, attitudes, and work climate - all of which are necessary components for successful employment.
  • Offer a Discount - college students are always worried about money. Any discount or promotion encourage students to frequent your establishment
  • Present to students/classes/clubs on a topic - an opportunity to share your knowledge with the next generation. Examples could be a bank executive speaking with students about financial management and small businesses talking about how to start and grow a small business.
  • Mentorships - Includes informational meetings with students about your business or your career path to help students who are exploring different career paths.
  • Mock Interviews - participate in a mock interview to help student hone and perfect their interviewing skills before they begin the job search
  • Co-Sponsor events - this could be by attending or helping fund campus events. This could be providing funding or candy for our community Halloween event or cooking hot dogs at our Back to School event.
  • Advertise Events - help at advertise events at your business, by maybe posting a flyer for our Festival Events or decorate your business to help us celebrate Homecoming.
  • "Other" - Maybe you have another great idea that we haven't thought of. We are open to them!

What will you get in response to this partnership? We will commit to highlighting our partners on our Social Media and other marketing efforts. Additionally, only partners are invited to attend all-campus events (like the Back to School Block Party in the fall and the Paint the Town Partner Fair, among others). They can also host one (1) informational/outreach table free of charge on campus each semester.
