Eligibility Requirements:
Please see the qualifying factors to become a participant in the Upward Bound Program. Upward Bound staff will carefully review applications and schedule family interviews based on federal regulations and program needs.
- Be a potential first-generation student. You are considered first-generation if neither of your parents received a bachelor's degree.
- Meet the U.S. Department of Education's income eligibility criteria outlined in the application.
- Display a need for academic assistance.
