When the Testing Center receives your form, we distribute the exam information to the Lawton Testing Center, the CU-Duncan Testing Center, ProctorU, and any distance off-site proctors.  If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of submitting this form, please resubmit your form and make sure each field is filled out correctly.
