Planned Power Outage Will Affect Some Services
On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, there will be a planned power outage scheduled to last from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
During this time, there will be no power in the following locations and elevators in these locations will not function:
- North Shepler Tower
- Shepler Center
- South Shepler Tower
The following Offices/Departments will temporarily relocate to other buildings during the scheduled outage as listed here:
- Academic Advising Center - Academic Commons
- Admissions - Howell Hall, Room 107
- Financial Assistance - Howell Hall, Room 108
- International Admissions - Howell Hall, Room 107
- Registrar - Howell Hall, Room 107
- TRIO (Upward Bound, Open Doors, and Student Support Services) - Nance-Boyer Hall, Room 2068
- Veterans Affairs - Howell Hall, Room 108
The following Offices/Departments will close during the scheduled outage:
- Bookstore
- Dean of Students
- Student Development
- Student Housing and Residence Life
- Wellness Center
The following buildings and the Offices/Departments in them will remain open, but will not have computer/network access or phone service during the outage:
- Aggie Rec Center
- Cynthia S. Ross Hall
- Events and Activities
