Accommodation Exam Information

Before submitting the form below, please contact The Office of Student Development at student_development@cameron.edu or 580-581-2209 to ensure that the Cameron Testing Center is the appropriate location to administer the accommodations for your student's exam.

This form should be submitted at least two full business days before the intended exam date.
