1. Online faculty will be trained and certified through Cameron University's Distance Learning Office.
2. Online/hybrid faculty will be satisfied with the support services provided by the Distance Learning Office.
3. Online/hybrid students will be satisfied with the support services provided by the Distance Learning Office.
4. Distance Learning's online/hybrid courses will meet Cameron University's Course Design Standard.
