Student Office Assistant - Student Housing and Residence Life

The Office of Student Housing and Residence Life is looking for a well-rounded, qualified individual to fill a Student Office Assistant position in the Cameron Village McMahon Center for the Fall 2023 semester and beyond. This position will require the following skills including, but not limited to: Work set office hours during the day, face to face interaction with customers, answer phones, help with filing and other paperwork, sort and distribute resident mail, assist with resident lock outs, and complete any duties as assigned by Student Housing Professional Staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have excellent oral/written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task with minimal supervision and to work in a professional office setting. The applicant must also be reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude and able to work during the office lunch hours.
