STUDENT ASSISTANT - LIBRARY CIRCULATION DESK

This position will assist in a circulation project of shifting the upstairs circulating book collection. The individual will be working with minimal supervision moving books and cleaning shelves. The candidate will receive on the job training in the Library of Congress call number system and basic circulation duties. They will report to the Access Services Librarian for daily duties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position is open to currently enrolled Cameron students with a tolerance for standing for long periods of time. Successful applicants must be able to lift at least 20 pounds or more, and be willing and able to follow written and verbal direction. A successful applicant must be flexible, punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
