Mission Statement

Cameron University Archives exists to preserve and make available materials relevant to the institution's history.

University Archives Information

Located on Cameron Library’s second floor, the University Archives houses documents, including school yearbooks, newspaper articles, and administrative papers, related to the institution’s history. Researchers may visit with or without appointments in the presence of a library staff member and may handle materials with cotton gloves provided by the library. Either pencil and paper or computer may be used to record information. Staff members can provide copies of materials upon request at a cost of fifteen cents each. Donations may be incorporated into the collection upon review by either the Archives Assistant or the Director of Library Services; contact the Archives Assistant for details.
