STUDENT OFFICE ASSISTANT – UNIVERSITY ADVANCEMENT

The Office of Vice President for University Advancement is looking for a Student Office Assistant who is willing to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. Hours will be flexible according to your class schedule and will be dependent upon the needs of the office. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, face to face interaction with customers, answering, taking messages, assisting/attending our office’s campus events, running campus errands, making files, filing, shredding, scanning, copying, faxing; and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have excellent oral/written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task with minimal supervision and to work in a professional office setting. The applicant must also be reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude and able to work during the office lunch hours.
