student office assistant - office of the registrar
The Office of the Registrar is looking for an individual willing to work 20 hours per week as an office assistant. Duties will include processing transcript requests, answering the phone, taking messages, welcoming visitors, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven ability to work in a professional office environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to multitask, constant supervision is needed.
