Student Office Assistant - Office of Academic Affairs

The Office of Academic Affairs is seeking a Student Office Assistant. This is a student-employee position with 15 - 20 hours per week available. The Student Office Assistant will assist with daily office responsibilities and should possess a strong work ethic. Duties include processing university forms, copying, filing, making on-campus deliveries, project support, greeting students and other visitors to the office and by telephone, and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; a 3.0 or higher overall GPA; good oral and written communication skills; and the ability to multitask. Also, the applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict confidentiality policy. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
