STUDENT ASSISTANT - TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
Cameron University’s Transportation Department is looking for a Student Assistant who wants to join a professionally run automotive maintenance shop. Duties include, but are not limited to: assist Transportation Foreman in daily operations of the shop, monitoring of incoming work requests, cleaning, detailing and refueling Cameron University carpool and Physical Facilities vehicles. May require filing paperwork, using computers to enter information into the University work order management system and serving as ‘runner’ for technicians.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Candidate must be in good academic standing at Cameron University and have a willingness to learn the entire operation of running an automotive maintenance shop. Candidate must have an outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and phone message skills. Must be able to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and be able to learn to use the WebTMA application.
