STUDENT OFFICE ASSISTANT - TALENT SEARCH

Open Doors (Talent Search) is seeking a Student Office Assistant to work while on-campus tutoring services occur; 12 hours per week from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Monday-Thursday. Up to 20 hours per week may be available as necessary for department events. Duties include general office supervision, greeting and assisting students as they arrive for tutoring services, making copies, and other duties as assigned. This position is located on the 4th floor of North Shepler. 

Student must be eligible for FEDERAL Work Study program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have excellent computer skills; have good oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; ability to pick up information quickly and ability to work unsupervised at times. Applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Training will be provided to ensure employee is knowledgeable about our services, policies and procedures.
