Cameron University Alumni Association Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship will assist deserving full-time students enrolled at Cameron University

Scholarship Requirements

1. Recipient must have been enrolled at Cameron as a full-time student for at least two semesters prior to the semester in which the scholarship is to be awarded
2. Recipient must be a full-time student and have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
3. Recipient must be classified as a Junior or Senior and maintain a full-time schedule of 12 or more hours for the term of the scholarship. If the recipient drops classes during a semester so that he/she is enrolled in less than 12 hours, he/she will not be eligible for funds the following semester
4. Once appointed, a recipient may retain the scholarship until degree completion if he/she remains a full-time student, maintains a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 point scale, and is making satisfactory progress toward degree completion; however no student will receive more than four semesters of scholarship support
5. In addition to academic achievement, the recipient must have demonstrated leadership qualities on the Cameron campus
6. In accepting the scholarship, recipient will agree to provide 10 hours of volunteer service each semester in order to receive the award the following semester. Volunteer service will be coordinated by the Director of Alumni Relations
