Cameron Students posing for a picture on Campus

Department of Military Science

Letter From The Chair

Welcome,
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Army ROTC and Cameron University. ROTC is a federal training program for full-time students seeking their Bachelor or Master’s Degree; our program develops students in officer leadership, physical fitness, and tactical skills on and off-campus to meet the ROTC course requirements. We gear everything we do in the Department of Military Science towards preparing students for leadership. The skills obtained in ROTC classes and labs transcend the university and apply to every aspect of life. Whether you’re considering making the Army your career on active duty or serving your community in the Army National Guard or US Army Reserves, Cameron ROTC provides the foundation for success. If you’re ready for the challenge, come to Burch Hall, room 110, and meet with us. We’d be happy to speak with you about the opportunities that await you.

Comanche on the Move!
