The Cameron University Office of Admissions invites prospective Aggies to enjoy “Coffee with Cameron” on Thursday, July 25 at Viridian Coffee, located at 343 N. 2nd Street in Lawton. Stop by anytime between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. to enjoy a cup and to learn about academic programs, financial aid, and more. Each prospective student who inquires about Cameron University will receive a “coffee coupon” entitling them to a free cup of coffee. Bonus: if you apply online while visiting with CU representatives at Viridian, the $20 application fee will be waived.
Coffee with Cameron is the perfect opportunity for high school students, adults wishing to earn a degree, and active duty military and their spouses to get assistance from the Offices of Admissions, Financial Assistance Services, and Veterans Affairs. Whether you have questions about filling out the FAFSA, scholarships, what specific VA benefits you qualify for, or the admission process, Cameron University representatives will be on hand to provide information and assistance.
“The Cameron University Office of Admissions is excited to get out in the community and meet prospective students,” says Brenda Dally, Director of Admissions. “Coffee with Cameron will offer prospective students a comfortable atmosphere to learn about Cameron’s associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s programs, apply to the university and seek guidance from various Cameron representatives. We’re looking forward to engaging with prospective students over a nice cup of locally roasted coffee in one of Lawton’s most popular coffee houses.”
Can’t make it to the Lawton Coffee with Cameron location? Mark your calendar for Thursday, August 1, when the same information will be available at Viridian Coffee in Duncan!
