Ms. Boubel’s presentation will present an in-depth look at the skills necessary to sustain and propel business, industry and economic growth. This is an outstanding opportunity for those who are new to leadership, recently promoted to leadership positions, or who desire to grow as a leader.”

Boubel, a certified John Maxwell Company speaker and facilitator, has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and training, including 13 years as Vice President of Training at Continental Airlines. She believes customer loyalty and employee loyalty are the by-products of remarkable leadership, and she inspires leaders to create a culture that appreciates world class service for both employees and consumers. Leadership development is an investment that successful organizations must take seriously. Boubel travels around the world to share her leadership experiences for the purposes of fostering leadership development inside organizations that are passionate about developing leaders at all levels.
