Cameron University Concert Band to present spring concert

The Cameron University Concert Band will present its spring concert on Tuesday, March 11, at 7:30 p.m. in the Cameron University Theatre. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for students/military/senior citizens. Cameron students, faculty and staff are admitted free with CU ID.  Tickets can be purchased at the door.

Conducted by Dr. Matthew Mireles, the Cameron University Concert Band will perform "Gavorkna Fanfare" by Jack Stamp, "Chorale and Alleluia" by Howard Hanson, and "Fantasia in G major" by J.S. Bach. Additional selections include "Amazing Grace" by Frank Ticheli and conducted by senior music student Quinton Williams, "Pageant" by Vincent Persichetti, "The Machine Awakes" by Steven Bryant and "English Folk Song Suite" by Ralph Vaughn Williams.
