Katherine Handy of Lawton plays Louise Maske, a Dusseldorf resident who gains instant notoriety when her bloomers innocently fall down during a parade for the king. Bryan West of Howard, Ohio plays her worried husband, Theo. Following Louise's accidental yet scandalous exhibition, they find themselves with no shortage of unusual applicants to rent their spare room.
