STUDENT OFFICE ASSISTANT - INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH, ASSESSMENT, AND ACCOUNTABILITY

The Department of Institutional Research, Assessment, and Accountability is seeking a Student Office Assistant for state work study to provide general clerical support such as answering phones, processing paperwork, making copies, filing, making deliveries and other duties as assigned. The position is for 20 hours a week during the Fall 2021 semester. Student must be available to start no later than August 30, 2021. Student must be enrolled in the minimum number of hours required to work for Fall. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have good oral and written communication skills; have basic knowledge of computers and office procedures; possess organizational skills and the ability to multi-task; must be enrolled in the minimum number of hours required to work for Fall 2021 semester. Also, applicant must be able to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality and be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Although the hours are somewhat flexible, the candidate must be available for at least one hour between 11 and 2 each day.
