STUDENT OFFICE ASSISTANT - STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
This is a student employee position with 16-20 hours per week available. The Student Office Assistant will assist with daily office responsibilities and should possess a strong work ethic. Duties include, but not limited to greeting students and other visitors to the office and by telephone, setting up appointments, shredding, preparing out-going mail, copying, filing, making on-campus deliveries, and other duties as assigned.
Applicant must be willing to work during the lunch hour of 12-1pm at a minimum at least 2-3 days out of the week. Applicants should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook email and calendar functions, Word, and Excel. Have good oral and written communication skills. Applicants should be able to file alphabetically and chronologically. In addition, applicant must be able to adhere to a confidentiality policy.
Position offers 16-20 hours per week within the regular office hours of 8am-5pm, when Cameron is in session. This position will be for the remainder of Fall 2022 semester until when Spring 2023 semester ends. Summer hours may be available, if enrolled.
Student employment requirements: to be enrolled during the semester for which you are seeking employment. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours for fall or spring or at least 3 credit hours for summer. International students must maintain a full course of study and have valid documentation to work on-campus.
