For issues that are not emergencies (lock-outs, general questions, etc.), Student Housing and Residence Life staff are available 24 hours a day to assist. Please refer to the following contact numbers.

The Office of Student Housing and Residence Life is located in the McMahon Center and is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
After business hours and during, weekends and holidays, contact:

Student Housing and Residence Life staff are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Student Housing and Residence Life staff are on call nights, weekends, and holidays to provide assistance to residents when the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life is closed.
