It is the responsibility of the resident to report any maintenance requests and other room concerns in a timely manner. Residents can submit requests online through the Student Housing and Residence Life web page (work order form) or by visiting the Office Student Housing and Residence Life. For emergency repairs, contact an Office Student Housing and Residence Life staff member immediately. It is important to report maintenance concerns early and with as much detail as possible.
Residents who discover insect problems must report them to Student Housing and Residence Life immediately so their rooms may be treated.
Maintenance personnel work between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays and may not always be able to arrive at hours most convenient to residents.
