Incident Reports

Incidents requiring the attention or intervention of staff members are regularly reported to the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life. Violations of rules, medical and emergency situations, and instances of vandalism or damage are documented in Incident Reports and forwarded to the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life for informational purposes or disciplinary action. To submit or request to view an incident report please contact the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life or the RA on duty.
