Discipline Process

Residents and their guests are required to abide by the rules, policies, and procedures in the Student Housing and Residence Life Handbook, the Code of Student Conduct, and any additional supplemental policy documents. When residents or guests violate a rule, or procedure, or policy, a staff member will report the event on a departmental incident report. This incident report will be submitted to the appropriate University official and may lead to a disciplinary hearing and/or a disciplinary sanction. Please refer to the Code of Student Conduct for further explanation of the disciplinary process. In addition, please refer to the guest policy, of the Student Housing and Residence Life Handbook, for information about guest misconduct.
