Application Process

To request a Cameron Connection application packet, please contact ACE via email or call 580-581-2284. Only Sophomore Registration packets for previous campers will be provided.

Applications must be submitted by May 12, 2017:

The Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education offer FREE Summer Academies in Math, Science & Technology. A list of 2017 camps divided by grade can be found on the OSRHE summer academies webpage.

Steps to Apply

Complete the following steps:

  1. Complete the application packet, including:
    • 2 application pages
    • short essay (blank form provided on 3rd page of packet)
    • Permission Form
    • Photo/Information Release Form
    • Rules
    • Appendix 6 - Code of Conduct
  2. Provide a copy of current transcript or report card
  3. Obtain all required signatures
  4. Mail the following to the address listed on the application form:
    • Completed application packet, including required signatures
    • Copy of current transcript or report card

Applications will be available to download soon.

Selection & Notification

Notifications of Selection will be made in mid-May and sent via email. If email/internet is unavailable, notices will be sent via postal mail. The selection packet will include additional details and forms to be completed, signed and returned prior to arrival at Cameron Connection.
