Tragicomedy

From our Production of Seascape by Edward Albee.
Although the characters are able to
make peace at the end of the play,
it is uncertain where this will
lead to.

A genre which is a mixture of both tragedy and comedy.

A combination that varies the approach from serious to humorous.

Reflecting most of our lives which are not exclusively happy or sad.

One of the major keys with tragicomedy is that its ending tends to be ambiguous.
