DOUBLE PLOTS OR SUBPLOTS

In a play two or more stories can be told concurrently.

They should relate to one another, however, one is usually dominate, while the others are subordinate.

This is done to  represent life's variety and complexity.

In our production of Jon Klein's Betty the Yeti, the main story is about what do to with Betty now that she has been discovered in forest of Washington State.

Other stories concern:

A logger and his wife, who wants to divorce him and marry an environmentalist.

           &

How to save  the forest for environmental reasons.
