Message from the Dean

     It is with pleasure I welcome you to the School of Education and Behavioral Sciences at Cameron University. The School offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs in the professional fields of education, psychology, and physical education.

     Cameron University is a dynamic public university. We are a student centered campus committed to excellence. Our programs are accessible to students with a broad range of needs and interests. We offer classes in traditional, weekend and online settings to meet student need.

     The School's faculty continues to be recognized as outstanding educators in both academic and professional settings. Since joining Cameron in 2006, I've been incredibly impressed with their hard work and dedication. They strive to help our students develop the talents and skills necessary to move into the professional world.

     Our students enjoy leadership roles in various student organizations including Student Oklahoma Education Association, Cameron Council for Exceptional Children Pi Lambda Theta, Psi Chi, a National Honor Society for Psychology, and the Health & Physical Recreation Club.

     As we celebrate the Cameron centennial, we hope you will join in the many events planned for this exciting year. We also hope you will consider Cameron for your undergraduate or graduate educational needs. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions about our school.
