I don't personally recommend them [I'm old-fashioned and prefer the 3x5
card method], several past students have found electronic flash cards a
useful study tool. There are many programs available, some free, some
you must purchase. Here are some links: Study Blue - probably the best! Let's you sort the ones you've missed from the ones you already know.
