The purpose of a Bake Sale is to generate funds for the International Club to financially sponsor its variety of events and projects. During a Bake Sale event, the International Club with help from its members provides a variety of snacks and drinks for sale to faculty and students on campus.
During Country Presenations (which is organized by CUIC), International Students get a chance to proudly showcase their various cultures to the club. This opportunity is used to enlighten fellow club members on what makes their country and culture great. This can be done in a variety of ways including visual presentation, speech, dance, drama, prose, food, and more!
Cultural Showcase at Cameron is organized by the Student Development. Various social clubs on campus get a chance to showcase their uniqueness by performing live and direct before faculty and students of Cameron. It makes for great viewing and social pleasure.
Diversity Week is also organized by the Student Development here at Cameron to support the great diversity of students on the Cameron campus. This is probably the mother of all social events. A number of clubs including the International Club get a chance to showcase to Cameron the great diversity among its members. Don't miss it!
