afternoons from 2 - 3 PM starting Oct 14, 2008. The
help session is OPTIONAL.

Exam IV. I may not use all the figures listed in this study aid on the
Exam. Also, there may be figures I use that are not on the study aid. Exam IV DOES cover Chapters 14 (part of
it), 16, 17, 18, and parts of 19.
I
have made some changes to the real use of the medications listed in this
handout to better emphasize the point I was trying to make with the exercise.
These drug protocols should not be used on real patients.
